Maligano Jasper is a specific type of jasper found in Indonesia and forms in ancient volcanic hot springs areas.  It’s named after a small village in Sulawesi, Indonesia and is mined by hand as the village doesn’t have the heavy machinery required for deep excavation mining techniques.  Found roughly ten years ago, this stone has made its way into the main stream market.

The pendant bail is authentic 925 sterling silver. 

Our hand crafted jewelry pendant is photographed next to a ruler for size.  This stone is a natural color, no dyes or heat treatment have been used.  It was photographed without filters on automatic setting in natural light; however, slight color variations may occur due to digitization.  Natural stones can have nooks and crannies, inclusions or small cracks, these distinguishing features lend character to the piece.

All hand crafted jewelry pendants will be shipped to you in a classic white cotton filled box.  Your beautiful piece will be shipped the same day in most cases, or the next day at the latest, Monday through Friday.  Orders will be shipped first class USPS, which normally takes 2-3 days in the U.S.  Options are available for express shipping.
